This unit is in the exclusive beach block section of this fun family resort. Enjoy beautiful sunsets right on your deck! It no more than a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Enjoy all of the community amenities: heated outdoor pools, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, volleyball, horseshoes, ping pong, playgrounds, fishing pond and more! Lovely spot

This was our second stay at the property, and it is lovely. The views are glorious and it is a nice space for a family of 5. The down side is that this home is showing signs of wear in the two years since we were first there. The bathroom was quite musty, screen in the bathroom and ceiling fans were covered in dust, the remote was out of batteries, and the mattresses are very, very soft. Everything else was quite clean. The resort is great with lots of activities, and the sand toys and games provided by the property owners were a lovely amenity. Overall this home is worth the stay, and we will likely be back.

This was the perfect Midwest vacation for our young family. Having everything we needed (beach, pool, playground, basketball) within walking distance was perfect. The property was as described and we had a wonderful stay.

Family weekend beach getaway

My family of 4 stayed at this amazing property with great water views! We enjoyed using the amenities the location had to offer such as the pools, basketball courts, and playgrounds. Our kids enjoyed the private beach to build sandcastles and enjoyed to public beach to throw rocks at the waves. The best part was watching the sunset every night from the beach or our back deck. I would definitely recommend this property to friends/family and would like to stay here again in the future.

Nice and quiet

Very clean. Plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes. The view of lake was okay. Comms with owner prior and info book in chalet was great. Beds were comfy. Were there cons? Sure, what place doesn't. Beach was okay. The stairs were a killer for a couple of older people. The drive up ramp was a lifesaver. We loved the area. Easy drive to stores and eating establishments. It was an nice drive to St. Joe and different beaches. Overall a big thumbs up. Peaceful.

Family vacation

It was a wonderful get away for our family of five. The boys loved the arcade. We loved the short walk to the private beach. Not having to pack everything in the car to go to the beach was wonderful. The pools were clean and warm. It was a great trip!

The house was very clean and the amenities were great. Having access to 2 pools and 2 beaches within easy walking distance was very nice. Kids also enjoyed the various playgrounds.

My family (3 kids ages 5-9) spent wonderful 3 nights at Ben’s home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations (private beach, 2 pools, playgrounds, tennis courts and etc.) We cannot wait to come back next year.

SIX STARS

If I could give 6 stars I would. We loved everything about this place! The community of these homes was so cute and invited. After driving around we decided that we picked the best one. It was one of the few houses that was build on a hill that had a raised porch so had a great view of the lake! We were right across from the playground which was perfect for my 5, 4 and 2 year old. My husband and I could sit on the deck and have perfect view of them! It was a very short distance to the beach and the pool. I would recommend a wagon if you have little ones because although it is a short walk with all your beach gear it was very helpful we brought one. There is an umbrella/chairs and beach toys that we used and were perfect! The private beach was full of rocks in the water but my kids actually loved playing with them all! The house was overly clean and had minimal decor, which I actually prefer because then we had more room for our stuff. The bed rail in the upper closet was perfect for our youngest and the NBA jam was a huge hit for all! We hope to book another trip here! This is one of the better homes we have stayed in and I tend to have high standards!

Loved our stay!!

This place was very clean. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals. We grilled all our meals on the charcoal grill tho and never used the stove or pans. Bring your own charcoal!! The tote on the back deck had boogie boards and beach chairs so we didnt have to drag ours along for this trip for the kids so that was nice. We also brought our own tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketball and volleyball for the outdoor stuff. Bring horseshoes if you want to play. We didnt see any on site. The pools were very clean. The larger pool closest to the entrance was much warmer even though both were heated. The views of Lake Michigan are beautiful here. The beach could have been cleaner but it was still nice. We'd book Chalet #31 again in a heartbeat. What a cool little community right on the water. Our boys are 15 and 9 and never once said "Im bored". You will not be disappointed spending your hard earned money vacationing here. Book now! #PureMichigan

Been coming to the chalets on and off since I was a kid, #31Chalet was my favorite! So light and airy inside, well equipped in kitchen and for the beach as well as games for the rainy days. Great place! Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay....

Beautiful setting and beaches. Condo was comfortable, AC lower level was great as the afternoon sun heated up living room/kitchen area. Not sure why not all pools operational but if we went when pool first opened, there were not many there. Arcade is a nice touch in addition to multiple TV's. Ben is a gracious and informative host, would not hesitate to come back.

Quick weekend away

We knew it was going to be chilly but were happy to get out of Indiana. Visited the Curious Kids Discovery Zone which was fun for few hours of time. Kids were excited to find board games and play the arcade machine. Had everything we needed. Very cute and clean. Had an entertaining visit from a raccoon who seemed to think we were really going to let him in! Only thing we can think of to improve is maybe some newer pillows. We hope to come back in the summer months!
