Stuff was nice but hotel is dirty, damaged, smelly, no info on website that pool was closed. I didn't feel comfortable there. Around 3:30 am there was a lot of people screeming outside on parking lot, my kids woke up and couldn't sleep. I wouldn't Recommended it.

Our first room had a lot of mold on the walls in the bathroom. They moved us to 2 attached rooms. I noticed the following morning that the curtains appeared to have mold all over them as well!

I truly am not one who reviews and leaves BAD reviews in general. This place had cockroaches everywhere in the bathrooms. Dirty everyplace of the hotel. No maintenance or cleanliness anywhere in the building. Just poor poor quality. FALSE AMENITIES advertising. . The fact that they didn’t let us know about pool closure even after I booked it. They said it be closed for a long while and we stayed at this place specifically for that. Just a very bad overall stay.

Nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Mold, bugs, boogers stuck to the walls, hand prints on the head boards, crusty crap on the phone. For almost $300 you’d think it would be at least clean. The elevator didn’t work right. Only one ice machine for the whole hotel. Pool broken. Hot tub broken (not that I’d get in that). Free breakfast….ha what a joke!

Found blood stains on the comforter, bathroom light bulbs had to be replaced They were kinda understaffed so you had to be patient.. bed and pillows were comfortable and location was Right off the expressway and accessible to all the main arteries in and out of Benton Harbor. St. Joe

The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The hotel pool was very warm, which was nice. The breakfast was decent and well stocked. Unfortunately, the weight room equipment and the hot tub were all broken, which we did not know ahead of time. We also reserved and paid for two queen beds and were given two double beds, instead.
