The room was nice and clean. Missed not having a microwave or easy chair and the bed was so close to the wall that it was hard to get out on that side. Went downstairs to get extra towels. Breakfast had a nice variety, except they ran out of orange juice. Good place for a one-night stay. Check-inn was quick and easy. Thanks!

Cancelled our room without notice. Tried to make us rebook on the spot for an additional $100. Leaving myself and my little kids with no place to stay for the night. They told me they had refunded my stay because they cancelled it— come to find out I was still charged and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. We were not the only family this happened to. She canceled the rooms for at least 10 other people to try to make more money. Many people were furious on the phone and in the lobby. Stay far far away.

The floors were filthy in our room and throughout the building. I don't even want to know what some of the stains in our room were!

I have pics dirty and mold on the vent in bathroom and no shower curtain sink stopped up. The carpets dirty. TV don’t work we called still didn’t get it fixed. We had 1 washcloth I bath towel and 2 hand towels , that’s for 2 people for 2 nights they said you only get maid service every 3rd night. Don’t stay there! Kathy Hunter

When we checked in our room was not ready. I only ask for pillowcases and towels and toiletries. Didn’t get toiletries. We stayed 2 nights. When we left for the second day around 10 am. They ask if we were checking out and we replied no and would be back this evening. When we returned to our room around 6 pm. It was not made up and we had no towels and trash needed taken out. I believe it was miscommunication on the staff.

Hotel is not well taken care off, the pool was definitely not clean and even when you ask for maid service you dont get it. The room was not clean at all. There was water stains in the bathroom and phone in the room didnt even work.

The front desk staff checking in was very impersonal. She rattled off the directions like she was a robot. It was also very difficult to find someone at the front desk if a need came up, however, you could find the staff galavanting around the hotel with their friends/other staff. There were no luggage carts to transport your items from your car to your room. I tried 3 different times to have breakfast in their breakfast area. Each time everything was depleted and no breakfast host was to be found. Thankfully there was a Bob Evans nearby. The toilet in our room had a leaky seal and would not fill up with water so it could be flushed. Since finding staff was proving to be difficult, I was able to adjust it myself so it would at least work while I was there for the night. The hallway smelled musty and was very narrow. When it was time to check out, no one was at the front desk again. There was a number you could call to reach the staff, however, they never took that phone with them and you would stand there listening to the phone ringing nonstop. No apologies were made to me when the staff (which I believe was the manager) finally returned to the desk. He did however explain that since they recently changed from being a Radisson Hotel to a Choice Hotel, they were experiencing issues and inconsistencies. Again, no apologies, just a matter of fact that everyone has to deal with. Well this guest will not deal with it since I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I had alot of issues at this hotel. No lightbulb in my desk lamp, no bar soap in my room. 1 cup in my room, and the ice bucket had water in it when I opened it. Probably the worst experience was the 1 day I ate breakfast here. The sausage was cold and my apple juice was full of bugs!!! I would NOT stay here again!!!

I wouldn’t stay there again. Room had mold on the curtains above a/c unit, carpet had a hard crunchy spot on it, pool water looked gray and cloudy, crushed chips in the elevator and hallway from check in on the first day until the next afternoon.

Wallpaper peeling, poor room lighting, employees not dressed professionally & seem to hangout in meeting room & on phones, pool area dirty with flies. Place just poorly maintained. Only good thing was it was pet friendly.
