Would normally skip this hotel based on its rating, but a highlighted review got my attention. The hotel has evidently been updated and the room and bath were very clean, fresh, and comfortable. I took a chance and it paid off. Definitely as nice as the hotel we normally stay in at a much lower cost.

The property is clean and the staff was friendly but the room smelled musty and mildewed. Less expensive than most properties but I don’t think I would ever stay there again. I do need to say that the coffee they offered for breakfast was fantastic though.

We needed a place to stay for one night and found this little roadside inn. The price was very reasonable for the general area. The property and our room were perfectly clean. The place is older and it shows but everything worked well and our room had a new vanity and tv. The bed was comfortable. Even though this is right next to the road it was very quiet. Very dog-friendly - plenty of places to walk out pup and the fee of $15 was the most reasonable we’ve ever paid. The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. It looks like the hotel has some long-term residents but everything was neat and it was very quiet. There is a laundry facility here too - we didn’t go inside. I would stay here again.

We stayed a night during blueberry fest. Rooms they were clean and the motel was close to town. I’d recommend it.

It's a modest hotel ..it was clean..the TV was nice ,..the bed was comfy..it was close from the downtown south haven and pier lighthouse..was also able to drive to Saugatuck which is about a 20 minute drive..the town is very crowded on weekends.. otherwise hotel staff friendly
