Overall, great place to stay! Would stay again! Only concerns would be; not being able to reach the front desk or housekeeping from room phone and having to go to the front desk for any issues and having to change our own bed sheets in the evening.

Great stop for an overnight stay
Great overnight stay while traveling to our destination. The hotel was clean, updated and comfortable. We felt safe in the location with easy access to get on and off the highway we were traveling on. It seemed rather odd having to go through Home Depot to get to, but then it felt more safe and secluded. There were grass areas to walk our dog and there was also a poop station. The breakfast was a standard Hampton Inn one. We were traveling with my 85 year old granny as well. I booked a handicapped room for her, which on hotels.com it shows a picture of a walk through shower - it was not! That was the only downfall to our stay. I was nervous for her having to go over the rim of the bathtub. Thankfully it did have a bar she could hold on to. All in all I would stay here again. It felt new, safe and very clean.

Very nice stay. Very nice breakfast. Only complaint is that I called down to the service desk and asked if they sold stomach medication and they said they didn’t have any and we walked downstairs just to make sure and they definitely had stomach medication, so I purchased it. Other than that wonderful place

Benton Harbor stop over
This is a clean, bright and friendly hotel that was a good stop over on my journey to central IL. Staff are super. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

I was the guest of the day and received a goodie back and points that was a surprise. Don’t like the fact that the lobby closes at 10pm and the rude 3-11 girl shut lights out on us cause we didn’t get up then proceeded to have security tell us she is going to call cops on us. We were sitting in lobby talking and not being loud or crazy.

Friendly staff, comfy beds and good water pressure. We stayed here to visit St Joseph for the weekend. Road leading to the hotel has some pot holes and the hotel is kind of back behind Home Depot. The hotel was very clean, felt safe. Average pool (not very big) but water temperature was nice so everyone could enjoy. Would stay here again.
