Great Service
The stay was great. The facility itself leaves much to be desired. It felt a lot like a college residence hall. Having said that, the accommodations were clean and comfortable and the service (particularly from Crystal at reception) was excellent. Just quite pricey for a dorm room.

Nice weekend in Bentonville!
Great stay! All the staff was friendly and attentive! The breakfast was great and we were impressed with the healthy options. We loved the 24 hour coffee/tea bar!

The Avid hotel in Bentonville is a new property so it was very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodated our request for extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast was good and the coffee was especially delicious. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. We will definitely be back the next time we are at University of Arkansas to visit our girls.

Who ever was above my room 219. Either staff or guest was so loud all night. All I could hear was door opening and closing and foot stomps both nights until 2-3am Not good sleep at all
