The Old Boarding House – a long standing apartment building in the Siloam Springs community recently refreshed. OBH is conveniently located central near The Memorial Park Amp, Farmers Market, Public Library, Coffeehouses, Brewery and Downtown access.

This unit was intended to provide the traveler the conveniences of a hotel + the feel and comfort of a home. You will find the layout to be open with the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen includes all appliances + amenities if you decide to eat in. Seating includes a bar countertop and dining table which allows a good space for dining.

The 2-bedrooms include comfortable king sized beds that will provide a great nights sleep. In the bathroom, you'll find a double vanity bathroom with a large standup shower.

Nice property close to downtown in quiet neighborhood
Very nice two bedroom bottom floor apartment. Very minimal noise from upstairs apartment during day, exceptionally quiet at night. Will stay here again.

House was as-pictured and -advertised. Communication was quick and helpful. Very cute space with plenty of room for two of us (and it would have been plenty of room for another couple or a family). We enjoyed our long weekend in Arkansas!

Just what we needed for our activities for the busy weekend.
Location was perfect for walking downtown and having plenty of shaded parking in the back was wonderful. And even thought there are multiple people staying their, it was so quiet and I never saw anyone else. 100% would stay there again.

Property was exactly as described, clean and linens were very nice quality. Did need to purchase a fly swatter as the flies were prevalent this year. Kitchen is not stocked well if you plan to do any cooking, would be nice to have foil, plastic wrap etc Very nice to have quality washer and dryer since we were there for 6 days. Loved the convenience of being able to walk most every where we needed to be as several other families were also in town for the wedding. The property was perfect for staging all the wedding decorations, and supplies.

Clean, comfortable apartment. Great job on the re-model. We only stayed overnight but were pleased with the property. Our only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower is very low and does make it challenging to rinse soap off.

The apartment was perfect for me and my 3 children! The beds are super comfy, the space was really great for a 2 bedroom. Shower was always hot, and it was clean!!!
