Centrally located in heart of NW Arkansas, freshly remodeled house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, pool and 2 car garage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bathroom, his & her closet and a 52" TV. First guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, closet and 32" TV. Second bedroom is outfitted with twin bunk beds with a desk, closet and 32" TV. All linens and towels are provided. Living room has a fireplace and 52" TV (Wifi and cable provided). Fully furnished and functional kitchen: oven with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, cooking utensils, cooking bowls and other cookware, pots & pans, dishes, silverware. Enjoy your meals at a spacious dining room with a table that seats 6. Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board . House is small child friendly with high chair, pack-n-play and baby gate. Private Heated pool (mid- April thru mid-October check with us for exact dates), diving board, pool toys and a pool side accessible full bathroom. Hot tub(open from September-June 15th). Nice to have a pool.
The property meet all of our expectations, needs, and desires. It was 35 minutes from Roaring River trout fishing and less than 12 minutes from 6 breweries.

Sibling road trip landed in a great home
We came for Crystal Bridges Museum but we left with a past and present memories. The home was lovely, comfortable and homey . But the pool was what drew us and didn’t disappoint us. Three adults in the pool 3xs a day in between excursions. I loved that it was heated and went from 3 ft to 6 ft. We’d get in the am with a hand held sieve clean the pool of leaves and paddle around on noodles. We loved cooking , cooked up a batch of chicken on the grill and made dishes from that every night. Mike and Breanne were very available and thoughtful. We’d had a fabulous stay and would stay again

Very impressed with the feel of the house and the accomodations for families, high chair, baby gate, game closet and bunk beds. Not one complaint at all. Made lots of memories with my kiddos while Daddy had to work out of town. Prayers for y'all involved around the house in the tornado. This stay was a blessing. My kiddos didn't want any to leave, I believe because of the pool.

It was our second time staying there and it was just as nice as the first time. The owners are always willing to take care of anything we need. They are very friendly and respectful. Everything about this place was amazing. The location was just a couple of minutes to the promenade and any needs in the Rogers area. The listers were very easy to communicate with. The hot tub was definitely a plus. We will definitely be staying here again!

Midtown Oasis
The property is beautiful, especially the backyard. The weather allowed us to swim in the pool everyday from afternoon until after sunset. We didn't even need to leave the premises to enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend this as an enjoyable and very relaxing getaway.

Perfect Getaway
This house is not only in a erfect location and close to everything, but it has all the basic essentials to make your stay as relaxing as possible. It was spotless in every room and had more than enough space for the six of us. The pool came with all kinds of extras accommodating for any age. The owners had above and beyond communication and made everything a breeze. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking a this area. The house had so much to offer we barely scraped the surface.

What a fun place! Our original plan was to see a concert during our visit but it was cancelled and I have to say the hosts were excellent. The house was a blast. Hard to leave to go anywhere and explore when you have such an amazing pool or hot tub right in front of you. That being said, the communication with the hosts was 10/10(very responsive and helpful in a timely fashion). They provided a basket that had all the things you might need for an exploring expedition or just a float in the pool. In the end, we will most definitely return so we can check everything off the list of magical places they suggested. Best VRBO EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER!

Excellent Home away from Home!
My family and I rented this property for a week and everything was great! There were ants (but who doesn't have those this time of the year?) So we put out a few traps and it took care of them! The 13 year old and one year old loved the pool, and so did the adults!! Lots to do within a short driving distance, tons of places to eat and grocery shopping only a few minutes away! We might just be back again! 😉

We were celebrating our daughter’s 12th Birthday with her friends. And we all had a blast. We just wish the Hot Tub was going. But, it all the right tv stations, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, the girls spent most of there time in the pool, it was big enough to do her party games, it had everything I needed to clean up with. It was perfect and we thank them so much! Her party was a big hit. 😊
