Attended the bike rally in Rogers. Very convenient to get from the hotel to downtown Rogers. Hotel desk staff recommended a good place to get a cold beer in Rogers. One night we did drinks and appetizers in the hotel lounge area - nice option. The breakfasts in the morning were very nice, and great variety to choose from. This hotel had lots of parking for pickups with trailers, as well as motorcycles and cars. The hottub was out of order the three nights we were there - that would have been nice to enjoy...but we did use the pool once to cool off after a hot day of riding motorcycle.

Room smelled very musty. I bought a scented candle to mask the smell. The room had a kitchen but there was not a single plate, bowl, silverware or anything else to use in the kitchen. The hot tub was also out of order.

This is a nice, clean hotel with a great breakfast! I found it to be quiet and in a good location.

Only one elevator in the entire hotel. The hot tub has been down for a year (since the flood) with no plans to get it fixed. Please update the amenities to reflect that. We had an issue with the TV, but the staff was able to replace it same day. Spacious rooms and excellent staff!

I would give an average to less than average review. The staff was not helpful even asking for directions and or a cab. Also the room the housekeeping didn't re stick toilet paper and or take the garbage out of the room. Also they should lock up with local transportation to and from Crystal Bridges and ow downtown.
