Great room layout, beautiful hotel, but our room’s artwork was all peeling (plastic coating on frames peeling off), artwork over bed was uneven - had fallen and been replaced??? and bumped the wall from sitting, moving on the bed. The same peeking in the bathroom, and the tile grout in the bathtub & tile needs to be professionally cleaned to remove mold. On the whole, the room is great, but attention to these details would make it an excellent stay. We booked a nicer hotel for the experience, but felt we had been given an unloved suite.

The staff was extremely accommodating. When I came in, there was some confusion about my access to an accessible room because I had made my reservation on Expedia. It took them a while to figure out how to change the reservation, but they did it! My room seemed a bit cold, so one of the maintenance crew adjusted the upper temperature range in my room by going to some master setting for the heating system. Room service was unbelievably fast, and the food was good. The wait staff in the café was also very attentive. Setting up the shuttle worked very well. It was just a top-notch experience.

Was disappointed the hotel were not able to fulfill our 6:40am airport shuttle request. Had to pay $37 for an Uber (with no car seats for our kids) instead. Also only found out we weren’t eligible for complimentary breakfast at check-in, despite our booking saying we were. Otherwise the hotel was as expected, clean and comfy.
