The entire house is tiled in anthracite and equipped with underfloor heating. The bathroom has two wash basins, a bath and a shower. The open living room with dining area is rounded off by the ultra-modern kitchen. The decor is very new and modern. The house is individually decorated and the friendly colors invite you to relax.
For the period of the rent is self catering.
Bed linen, electricity and water are included in the price. Unfortunately we do not offer you towels.
On the day of arrival, the key will be in the door and the guest will carry out a visual inspection / acceptance of any damage that has already occurred.
Please report to Ms. Ode on the day of departure so that follow-up supervision and key handover can take place.

Liability and obligations of the tenant
(1) The rental property including the furniture and the other objects in it are gentle
to treat. The tenant has the accompanying and / or visiting persons with care
to stop. The tenant is liable for culpable damage to the rental property, the furniture or other

(2) Defects that arise when the rental property is taken over and / or during the rental period are the landlord

Nutzung des Hauses mit Familie
Der Aufenthalt war angenehm …. Schöner gepflegter Garten. Schönes sauberes Haus !!! Spielplatz gleich in der Nähe . Waldweg zum spazieren gehen ist auch da. Mit den Nachbarn kurz abgesprochen wegen den Hunden wer wann unterwegs ist , damit man sich nicht in Quere kommt auf der gemeinsamen Auffahrt die zum Ausgang führt. Es ist alles in der Nähe , gut erreichbar mit Auto. Ich empfehle das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter

Schönes Ferienhaus
Unser Aufenthalt ging eine Woche und wir sind grundsätzlich zufrieden mit dem Haus. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas Kinderfreundlicher sein. Die Nachbarn und gleichzeitig auch die Hausverwaltung war nett aber wir fühlten uns ein wenig überwacht, da diese genau vor dem Hauseingang ihren Aufenthaltsbereich haben.

es ist alles ordentlich, modern und sauber und fast vollständig eingerichtet - uns fehlte lediglich in 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern Schränke für Bekleidung - man muss halt mit Sachen aus dem Koffer leben, oder alle Sachen in einem Schlafzimmer unterbringen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen
Soweit war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das einzige was wir etwas ungünstig fanden war, das viele Kunstgegenstände in der Wohnung stehen und das mit in Kombination mit kleinen Kindern etwas schwierig fanden. Werden wir aber bei der nächsten Buchung berücksichtigen. Für Erwachsene und Jugendliche ist die Wohnung aber zu empfehlen.

Rundum toller Aufenthalt
Das Haus war super sauber und jeder Raum hat seinen eigenen Charme. Es sind genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet. Das Bad ist riesig und mit Dusche und Eckbadewanne ausgestattet. Die Fußbodenheizung hält das Haus schön warm. Die Kommunikation mit den Betreuuern des Objektes war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt rundum gelungen und kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben ausreichend Platz in den 3 Schlafzimmern gehabt.Küche und Wohnzimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Es ist reichlich Geschirr, Töpfe und Porzellan vorhanden. Kühl- und Eisschrank, Mikrowelle, Mixer - alles vorhanden. Im grossen Bad sind Dusche und Wanne vorhanden. Ein grosser Garten gehört auch zum Haus. Mehr geht nicht...
