First of all the comuncation is really hard. The telephone number is not in the hotels.com website, i need to search in google to get any contact, because the host don't write anything.
Next one is the staff. They said, the staff will open the door, but we waited 30-40 minutes, and there were no one. After that we could go to the apartment, but the staff didn't understand what we said.. so we used the google translate. But really important information to guests, that there are no codes, you use a key, what they give you.
Aftter all, the room was nice and clean. The area, the streets, awesome! The best district i think. Really happy with that.
We had a really bad experience with other guests in the apartmant, because they were really loud. Listening to music at midnight, and we heard everything... i mean EVERYTHING. That's not cool... we tried to sleep, but that was hard. And the host only said, he/she can't do more, he/she just told the guest once...
So i think it could be better insulated door or walls.
I didn’t really like, when the hand washer tap had only cold water, but there is it.
And the heating... Only have AC and that used to heating the room.. That's not the best solution.
If i can say anything more, the host should buy at least one common fridge.
