Right off the highway. Very clean facility. The room was very clean the bedding very comfortable. Even a room off the elevator we heard no one. The whole building was clean Wide choice of breakfast items which was great.

It’s been ages since I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and I was a little skeptical. Needing an easy to find at any time of night pet friendly stay near Richmond/Berea, I opted to give this one a try… and I am *so* glad I did!!! From check in thru check out, every member of the staff was wonderful! The front desk was friendly and helpful (and even had doggy treats!) Housekeeping was amazing- I spilt water on the tile floor, and when I wiped it up, the towel was still perfectly white… the entire room was super clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a good start to a long day. This was a perfect stop with a pup… We will definitely stay again anytime we are in the area!
