Cozy Cabin
This cabin has far exceeded my expectations! Extremely well built, beautiful, cozy & clean. Pulling up driveway, you already get a sense of calm that welcomes you. Stepping into the house, you see how beautifully well built this cabin is. On the main level, you can snuggle up on the oversized couches with the propane fireplace watching a movie. Upstairs you can have some fun playing pool. The beds are super comfy (at least in the master). This cabin was immaculate....super clean. Katie & Jimmy are wonderful hosts! Absolutely recommended booking this place to get some much needed R&R!

What an incredible cabin, there was no attention to detail left undone. Katie was very responsive to our questions. The cabin was decorated beautifully, it had all the amenities you could want and was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation to get away from it all. There is still plenty to do in town.

Gorgeous getaway
This was a beautiful cabin! Far enough away from other houses and peopme so you feel secluded but not too far away from civilization. Host was amazing to work with and communicated with us asap. Loved that my dads 5 foot oxygen tubes allowed him to mive effortless throughout the bottom floor, on to the back porch, front porch AND to the firepit. Beautiful home and so much to do in Berkley Springs

My boyfriend,Son & I stayed here and we had the best time. Katie is so sweet and helpful! I highly recommend staying at this lovely home. You are just right outside Maryland and Virginia so we were able to explore there as well as Berkeley Springs. Found the best parks for my son to play at. Very grateful for our stay here!

My older daughter asked for a mountain vacation before leaving for college. This cabin was perfect! It is decorated beautifully and just what we needed to unwind. Katie was wonderful to work with. We loved the hot tub, playing pool, and having morning coffee on the front porch. A great little getaway if you are looking to disconnect from everyone else!

A quiet oasis
Our time away here was just what we needed as we celebrated our 35th anniversary. We loved the privacy and away-from-it-all feel. Appreciated the available movie DVD’s. Hot tub was great!. The home was lovely with spaces for relaxing well thought out. Communication with the host was excellent . Just a few suggestions for consideration…..a step stool for the hot tub would be helpful for those of us with back issues, and the linens could use some refreshing. If you have back issues, please note that the master mattress is mushy. My husband can sleep on anything and he even noted that it’s probably time for a new one. We enjoyed local restaurants with Charlotte’s Cafe being a favorite for breakfast and the Country Inn for dinner…lovely staff and excellent food. The Cacapon Resort was beautiful for golfing. We had a lovely time away! Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy!

This place is wonderful. It is very clean and well furnished, has a large deck and fire pit out front and a screened in porch out back so that you enjoy the outside. It also has separate temperature controls in all the areas so you can keep the temps comfortable everywhere. It is also very private. So glad we picked this place as it is excellent.

Most Relaxing Trip!
A short girl's trip that was so fun and relaxing we did not want to leave. The cabin is beautiful. Beds, couches, showers are luxurious . The theme is fun and rustic but the accommodations are modern and new. We enjoyed time together around the dinner table, pool table, and the hot tub. Amazing location, great cabin getaway!
We do cabin getaways several times throughout the year. This place is by far the best property we’ve been to for a cabin getaway. I have zero complaints to mention. Very clean, updated, and well maintained. Nothing is left out. Very comfortable beds, and furniture. The fire pit and hot tub areas are perfect and the grill is in great condition. Highly recommend.

A wonderful time in a beautiful property
We had booked this beautiful cabin for a fall escape into the mountains. The cabin is better than advertised, in an ideal location. We rode horses in town and hit the local brew pubs, retiring at night for the campfire and s’mores generously provided by the property owners. We would highly recommend this property.

What an exceptional home! My family and I have stayed in various homes before and this home, by far, has been the best. The hosts thought of every detail and to our surprise, even welcomed us with a welcome gift - I won't say what it was, so future guests can be as surprised as we were - so thoughtful; extremely clean, comfortable, cozy, and beautiful surroundings; roasting marshmallows and enjoying nature - wow! It was also very close to wonderful parks, hiking, C&O Canal Bike Trail, Trail Link, historical sites (Antietam Battlefield), and Cacapon State Park, etc. We had such a wonderful.
