This beautiful split level home is situated in the heart of the Central Coast in Berkeley Vale. Wake up to magnificent views of the Tuggerah lake.
This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 people. 3 bathrooms with a modern style and a pool room for entertainment. The house also comes with internet access and a lovely deck with a stunning view of the lake. A very spacious back yard for all kinds of fun with the family with a gate on the back fence leading to the lakefront and a full kitchen.

Whilst the home backs onto the Tuggerah Lakes Walk/Bike path you are set back enough to enjoy the views and the natural setting in your own quiet, private setting. Bring your bikes and/or kayaks and take advantage of the back gate giving direct access to the bike path and lake. the bike path stretches from Chittaway to The Entrance.

There are also many nearby beaches to choose from, including Shelly Beach (Patrolled) The Entrance Pools (Patrolled) The Entrance Beach (Patrolled) Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled) Blue Bay Beach and many more, you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot, a place to go fishing or a relaxing place to lay and read your book. And For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from many local golf courses, including Koinda Waters, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest.
