It was a good experience and location. A few maintenance issues, the ceiling in the bathroom needs to be repaired. Overall, very good central location. We enjoyed our stay here. While there is an elevator, you must be able to go up or down a half floor of stairs to get to the flat.

Good location. A bit unkempt for our taste.
The property came mostly as specified. The property manager was very nice. Note! No dryer. They have a particular check-out process whereby you do most of the cleaning before you leave. Otherwise they charge you an overly expensive penalty. It'd be much more comfortable for guests to leave apt as is and pay a cleaning charge as is customary stateside. The entire apartment was not especially clean upon arrival especially the bedrooms and kitchen.

Dejlig lejlighed på rigtig god beliggenhed. Let til transport og handel. Eneste lille minus er mangel på service og bestik, når man er 11 mennesker, men ikke noget, vi ikke kan leve med. Pænt og rent, god kontakt med udlejer, varm velkomst☺️Alt i alt en super oplevelse, der gerne gentages☺️

Schöne teure Altbau-Wohnung im Luxussegment
Die FeWo verfügt über 3 große helle Schlafzimmer, allerdings gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten für 12 Leute, die Kleidung unterzubringen. Die Betten sind hervorragend! Das Wohnzimmer ist ein bisschen dunkel (nur ein kleines Fenster in den Hinterhof) und an den Esstisch passen höchstens 10 Leute. Auch das Geschirr ist recht knapp bemessen. Die beiden kleinen Bäder sind okay. Allerdings tropfte bei unserem Aufenthalt eine gelbe Flüssigkeit aus der Decke des einen Bades, so dass die Kinder es 2 von 5 Tagen nicht mehr benutzen wollten. (Laut Aussage des Vermieters wurde das Leck inzwischen repariert.) Die "sensationelle Aussicht" geht auf die vielbefahrene, sehr laute Hauptstraße in Schöneberg, unserer Meinung nach ganz und gar nicht sensationell. Da wir nur 6 Personen waren, war der Platz insgesamt ausreichend und wir haben uns bis auf die Badproblematik sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Stadtteil ist sehr international und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut.
