Elegant vacation apartment in a historic Berlin city villa in an exclusive location with excellent transport links, centrally located in Nikolassee.

The fully furnished 2-room apartment with approx. 50m² is modernly equipped and generously proportioned.
The apartment has an open plan living / dining area and a small equipped pantry kitchen with appropriate equipment. Cable TV and WiFi are of course available free of charge. There is also a modern bathroom with a spacious bathtub. Barrier-free parquet flooring is laid throughout the apartment.
Towels, bath towels and bed linen are of course provided at no extra cost. Electricity, heating, water etc. are included in the rent.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide a view of a separate Mediterranean garden terrace or the southwest-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy an idyllic breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine. The renovated town villa and the park-like garden round off the overall impression. It is a quiet residential street, parking spaces are available free of charge and in sufficient numbers on or directly in front of the property. The Schlachtensee, recently named one of the 20 most beautiful lakes in the world by CNN, is just a few minutes' walk away. Here you can swim, bathe, jog, go for a walk, sit in the beer garden, hire a rowing boat or simply lie in the sun free of charge.

A very sweet apartment
This studio is comfortable and in a very nice location in the Wannsee, a few doors down from a bakery. It's quiet and charming, and was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful area and perfect place for two
This flat is made by the outside terrace and location close to Schlatensee, which is a beautiful lake and great for a swim. It is quiet and peaceful, but the train connection to the centre of Berlin is only a 15 minute walk away. Inside is perfectly laid out for two with all you need.
