Convenient, but not great value.
We stayed for five nights over the period of the Euro2024 tournament. Good location, close to UBahn and restaurants, and a comfortable walk to many attractions. Great welcome from Delsoz but her colleagues weren’t so helpful, eg when asked for a short extension to the 11am checkout. Room was ok, but fairly tight (particularly the shower), and there is quite a lot of outside noise when the windows are open. Overall, not a bad stay, but if we were in the area again, we’d probably try one of the other hotels in the vicinity.

Stayed at this hotel during the euros final. I couldn’t have asked for more for what I paid. Staff were friendly, room was clean and location was great. Also mini bar was fun too! Highly Recommend!

Due to an issue with a passport, we weren't able to travel. Expedia provided excellent customer service and attempted to change the booking. This was agreed in principle but the hotel then seemingly changed it's mind about the change and didn't approve it. Very disappointed that they wouldn't allow us to move the date. We had hoped to stay there later in the year.

Nice stay, easy to get about Berlin from the location. Mattresses updated on our second night as part of hotel updates, however, the new mattress was not as comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

Great location
Really good location, very helpful staff. Only criticism is that it is advertised as having air conditioning, but it does not. It has a ventilation system which blows out ambient air, which in warm weather makes the room quite hot at night.
