An okay hotel
An okay budgetbat a good price. There is a pool but it is very small. Breakfast is fine and quite basic. Nothing to remember and nothing to forget. I visited better IHG hotels.

Clean Hotel, but location and amenities lacking
It was ok. The area was ok, but there wasn’t much going on, other than the zoo. We were there on a Sunday and most everything in the area was closed. Luckily we found a kabob place that accepted credit cards. The lobby restaurant way way overpriced at $24 for a burger. The room was nice and clean, but you could hear everything outside the door, in the hallway. The room only had instant coffee in the room, no complimentary water, no mini bar, no free coffee in the lobby. You had to pay for coffee outside of breakfast, which was an additional charge. But, the breakfast was very good and worth it. They also charged an extra $10 for 2 people booking 1 room. Overall, since we only had to stay there for one night, it was alright. It was definitely a letdown for a IHG property.

En general muy bueno
El hotel es muy bonito con buena ubicación la atención del personal es muy amable y te ofrecen comodidades para tu estancia el único detalle que no me gustó es que el área de la regadera tiene moho en las paredes las cortinas lucen sucias y algunas manchas en las paredes de la habitación, en general el servicio de limpieza general es bueno pero creo que hay detalles de limpieza que deberias considerar.

All the staff of the hotel was amazingly kind and helpful. Only advice that i can give is make a bigger breakfast area and also renovate the rooms since the bathroom was quite old.
