We are in our 70s which seemed to qualify us for the wheelchair friendly room which was not requested. Room cleaning average, reception staff OK. No restaurant on Sundays and Mondays... why?? No wonder it seemed so quiet. In a word ... SOULLESS!

Hotel is conveniently located near subway station, which made it super easy to get anywhere we wanted. We checked out Potsdam and highly recommended it. Hotel room was nice and clean and quiet. Delicious coffee in the morning, my husband enjoyed buffet breakfast, he said it was excellent.

After I made a comment about terrible service at the reception desk, the clerk decided to hurt me and gave me a room I didn't book. Instead of the 28-meter room I ordered, she gave me a new 15-meter room without a closet and without a shower, so you can only take a shower if you sit on the toilet. I invited a manager for a conversation and explained to him that the room was not according to my order, this is theft on the part of the hotel, intentional harm to the customer borders on a crime. After a long wait, the room was changed and the manager started his lie, first he claimed that my reservation was not received in the system, after a few minutes he changed his version and claimed that the room I initially got was at exactly the same price level that I paid, then the manager's version changed again and this time he claimed that the hotel was fully booked which also It was a complete lie. Breakfast at the hotel is simply a disaster, the coffee machine did not work, the food level is extremely low and tastes horrible, in short there is no management at the hotel. Attitude to customers is degrading or not to say criminal, do not approach
