Good price/value. Huge Vietnamese market behind the hotel (can eat and shop there). Don't get rooms facing the road as the tram is very noisy and goes all through the night! Tram M8 takes some 35 minutes to Berlin Hauptbahnhof/Central Station, alternatively can connect to S-Bahn. No 24/7 reception (but late arrivals can get the key by code I think). Can find free parking outside the hotel. Rooms in the ground floor have stairs inside the rooms (might be a bit inconvenient for elderly). We had handicap room which was nice but no shower curtain, so after shower had to wipe the bath (rubber broom provided). The building was an old electrical factory in GDR times and got refurbished into a hotel, so everything is quite new and rooms have high ceiling. Dogs also allowed (extra 10€), secured parking on site (10€), breakfast (10€), free coffee machine in the lobby (no water kettle in the room, no fridge).

Great place if you want to explore East Berlin
Great hotel, fantastic staff. Close to the tram station into town. Only slight criticism would be the distance to the centre of Berlin, which is 20 minutes on the tram but to far to walk. If you just want to see the East it is perfect.

Traffic noise was unbearable
For me, it was very noisy, with the traffic just outside. Made it hard for me to sleep. The staff didn't do anything about the fact that just a few hours before leaving, I discovered the reason of this extremely loud traffic, that one window had it's rubber sealing completely wrapped incorrectly so there where around 1 cm air gap. I told the staff and it helped, after being better. But it was noisy. Other than that, had I lived on the other side (away from the street) I would have been very happy. The rooms are excellent, large, nice, clean. But the traffic noise was/is a no-go for me. I suggest the hotel should add an extra layer of windows, for better sound insulation, to the road... If done properly, it be a really great stay.

The location was so very far out and public transportation is not easy to navigate. Would only not stay again for this reason. Everything else was great including breakfast and the room.

Wonderful Hotel
This hotel was wonderful. The room was very modern and sleek. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The food in the hotel was amazing. Everything was wonderful. Made our stay in Berlin that much better. I will definitely stay here again.

Brand New Hotel, but not close to the city center
this hotel is brand new , if you got nothing to do in the city center of berlin, this hotel is good for you especiall ,coz it very new one, walking to the city center is not an easy mission , specially in the wenter. you can find vietnamese resturants nearby if you're a fan. a huge supermarket 3 mins walking.

Hotel is nicely located outside of the busy areas of Berlin but with good transport links. The condition of the hotel is excellent. Rooms were cleaned daily but dirty cups were left & the complimentary water was not provided every day. There are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room but we were able to use the coffee machine in the lobby (outside of breakfast times) for free. There is a safe in the rooms but these do not work & although the staff were aware - they did not know how to fix it. Parking was available on site for free. The booking site said pets would be charged 15 euro per stay but on checkout the hotel said this was 10 euro per night. This was quickly sorted by the helpful staff.
