The location of the property was amazing as it was close to the train station. Lots of restaurants close by. Only downside was the bathroom smelled like sewage; we had the fan on the entire time to help but it didn’t help much. If you can get past the smell, this place is nice.

The bed is too small and the room is too hot I’m certain period of time during winter . But opening the window is not an option because once you open the triple glazing window ( which is very nicely equipped) u can hear the noises from the bahn

Stay at Habyt Waterfront
We had a wonderful Fri-Mon stay at Habyt Waterfront. It's a 5-minute walk to Ostkreuz Station and nice views of the surrounding areas. There is a shop on the corner selling snacks, drinks and small selection of toiletries. Lovely and friendly service from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. Staff were always happy to help, answer any queries or questions -- they even gave us a little birthday card and treats for my fiancée. Apartment/Room was perfect for what we needed; A spacious, clean toilet and shower with plenty of towels. A small kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine. A comfortable bed and a smart TV. Room temperatures were good, heating is functional and adjustable. Windows do open - they open halfway and all the way open, and have a shutter for protection if you'd like to keep the window open but want to be safe/have young children. Only constructive feedback I would give would be to dust the curtains a little more but other than that, an amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again when next in Berlin and would recommend to anyone✨

Everything we needed, very convenient location and excellent staff. Our shower drained poorly and though we mentioned it, it never got addressed. Other than that small inconvenience, a very pleasant stay.

Fabulous hotel / apartment
An Amazing stay, really great location. Only a few minute walk to train station and you can get anywhere from there. About 15 mins to Alexanderplatz. Also bikes and scooters near by to hire. Room was great bed comfy and clean, bathroom very good too. Only thing we would say is the shower door doesn’t keep the water in so the floor is prone to flood. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Habyt was, overall, a nice place to stay. It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful The location is great because it is easy to walk to several restaurants and the river, and is close to where our kids live. The walk around the river is awesome. The only thing that would make it a bit nicer would be if it had air conditioning. But, we enjoyed our stays (2) there.
