Very convenient for transport options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked having an empty fridge in the room for our own use. We didn't use it but saw push bikes with hotel name on them so probably available to guests staying at the hotel. Minor inconvenience for us was lack of English tv channels except for sports and news channels.

I was a bit hesitant since a few reviews mentioned that rooms were not clean. But I took a shot and everything was neat when I arrived. The mini fridge in my room did not work but it was not a big deal for me since I was out in Berlin all the time. I would stay there again anytime.

Average hotel, there was dried paint in the sink which was a surprise. Bedsheets and pillows were very faintly dusty, which normally wouldn’t be a problem unless you have a sensitivity or allergies to dust. Otherwise, nothing special. Average hotel for a decent price which is very conveniently right across the Berlin HBF.

I like the place, but I feel the floor look dirty and the toilet need to be more cleaning, every day was smelly and it was very uncomfortable for me. The bathroom door very hard if it necesary??? The breakfast very good, the front desk ladies very professional a healthful and beautiful ladies.

Staff were friendly and generally helpful. The breakfast was nice, with a wide variety of items availabile. The room was fairly spacious but the beds were too soft and very uncomfortable. They have a rooftop bar but unfortunately every time we tried to go, there was a private event going on.
