I like the place, but I feel the floor look dirty and the toilet need to be more cleaning, every day was smelly and it was very uncomfortable for me. The bathroom door very hard if it necesary??? The breakfast very good, the front desk ladies very professional a healthful and beautiful ladies.

Staff were friendly and generally helpful. The breakfast was nice, with a wide variety of items availabile. The room was fairly spacious but the beds were too soft and very uncomfortable. They have a rooftop bar but unfortunately every time we tried to go, there was a private event going on.

Room was extremely clean and fairly spacious. The room had a broken refrigerator and phone. We were instructed to go the attached restaurant to ask for ice where we were given 2 glasses of ice when we asked for a bucket. Phone not working made communicating with the front desk difficult. There was no effort to compensate in any way for the inconveniences. Location is great! Very short walk to the Berlin hbf station!

Lovely property close to the main Berlin train station. Good landing point. Rooms were lovely. Restaurant good but very slow with service. In fairness, could have been the European soccer finals. Front desk staff could have been more welcoming/helpful.

Perfect Location
Great location just across from the Grand Central Station. The room was comfort and clean. Even the pull out couch bed was comfy, which is a rarity! I loved taking a bath in the huge tub. We asked for extra towels several times and they always arrived promptly. A/C worked well as did both TVs. Only suggestion would be to refill the Nespresso coffee capsules everyday. But other than that it was a very nice stay.

Great location (very short walk from Berlin HBF), check in was swift, the rooms clean and decent size (3 person suite). Air conditioning faulty on first night (meant loud night with the window open and punters shouting at 4am!). Other room fault being bathroom sink not draining properly. Otherwise, rooms were quite clean (although cleaning seemed to refuse to empty the bin and take any dirty glassware) and it was quiet one our air-con was fixed. We were refused entry to the in-hotel club after being told we weren’t wearing the right attire and needed a stamp from reception (free entry for hotel guests) - got scrubbed up and went to reception to be told it was a private event and no more hotel guests were allowed in (it wasn’t a private event and it was desolate when we went in and ordered a drink before being told to exit to change) - all felt very disrespectful and slightly embarrassing. Do not advertise your rooftop and bar if residents aren’t actually welcome to use!

Rooms very moderate and clean, hotel right across road from Central station so easy to get to, staff helpful and breakfast was delicious, my only issue is I asked for twin beds and got a double but it was large and my friend and I didn't bother asking for a new room and we found the shower room a bit strange in that it's not a walled bathroom, it's a clear glass shower so your room mate can see everything a bit too much so we used a towel hung over the door to give us a bit of privacy, it was a short stay so we managed just not something we're used

Fantastic Hotel
2minute walk from the HBF train station which made this hotel perfect for getting around. The hotel was super modern with a nice lobby, outside courtyard with bar area, and a Italian restaurant downstairs and a roof terrace/nightclub upstairs. rooms were spacious, bright and clean. Very happy and impressed. would definitely stay again
