nice hotel just outside Berlin
at first we are not happy that most of the 10 car spaces in front of the hotel were reserved (presumably for VIPs). After waiting for less than 30 mins we were able to find a space at the back street which is free. The breakfast is good, free icy drink, coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7 outside the breakfast room is a bonus, especially in summer.

I was told the parking in the street was free but got a ticket. The main floor was under construction/cleaning of the floors and the restaurant was not open in the evenings. I would have booked somewhere else if I had known the situation. not a 4 star stay

The hotel is situated in a nice area, across from the mall and near the water. The room was small, but sufficient for our needs. We were provided with coffee, hot cocoa and gluhwein, compliments of the hotel. The gluhwein was a nice surprise! The staff was completely professional and friendly. The only issue was the parking. Only a few (maybe 10) spaces were available on the hotel property. Otherwise, you had to park on the street, which was free, but available to everyone, so getting a spot could prove to be difficult sometimes. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Perfect for layover
We had a 12 hour layover in Berlin and this property was perfect. Close to airport. Easy check in and check out. We did not use the restaurant or any other facilities. Took an Uber downtown and saw a few sites. Good value.

This hotel is excellent. Beware of the parking - while free parking is advertised, the hotel has only a few parking spots. Otherwise parking is in the nearby shopping centre for Euro10 per day. Breakfast is great!

Nice hotel but parking is a challenge
The hotel was find. Clean and nice, friendly staff. Only negative point is parking. They say free parking available. But this is misleading. On site only a few parking spots. The free parking along the street only applies if you find a parking spot. When i arrived there was no parking available and i had to go to a pay parking site quite a distance away

A definite 5 star hotel
We needed a room for one night near the airport. This modern hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant has delicious food and great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, the concierge was very helpful. There was a shopping mall across the street that looked good but we got in too late to shop.
