Great hotel
Very nice hotel, great location for doing things around Berlin. Everything in room and bathroom was very clean. Front desk was professional, and actually seemed to care about you as a guest! Main train station is a five minute walk, where you can easily pick up tickets for public transportation. Definitely would date here again.

Clean and comfortable stay. Didn’t appreciate the automatic door in the lobby - smokers would linger and the smoke would pour inside. Kitchen service closed fairly early - had to Uber food in one night. Bed was OK but extremely low to the ground. Bathroom was the most renovated, which was a big plus. Courtyard view wasn’t the greatest, but quiet and no cigarette smoke coming in from the open window which was a plus. 5 minutes from the main train station was a win and easy commute to the main attractions. Would recommend!

Highly recommended for anyone doing Berlin Marathon as it is within walking distance to start / finish point. Literally next to Berlin HBF, you can to anywhere from here.

Carpet in rooms were stained black. Headboards where people put their heads were stained black. Hotel didn’t have our reservation when we arrived. So we waited and hour and a half before finally getting our room. Conversely, its conveniently located to train station and has an awesome but overpriced breakfast

Right next to train station and if you join loyalty program they give you day passes for the trains and subway system. Rooms are quiet and comfortable
