The area was quiet but had no restaurants to dine. A medium size supermarket was near by which was only 3 minutes or so walking distance. This was very useful as we had a family apartment for four. There is a bus stop right outside he apartment which was very convenient. The apartment we got was on the ground floor. Very little sunlight and hence was relatively dark even during the day time. The kitchen is well equiped.

I stayed there for a week. It’s a nice place and the river view was incredible but don’t keep the balcony door open because all the insects will enter your room because the river is beside you.

Coming from another country, the language was a barrier (and that is when we did find someone to speak to). The customer service was horrible. We tried to find someone to answer questions we had which proved extremely difficult. When we did find a young lady, she said she had only been a week and could not answer these questions. Also, at time to pay, this was an issue because we could not pay in cash. Imagine, no one was at the front desk to collect cash payment. Your site says 24HR front desk service and we could not find this at ANY TIME. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Die Appartments sind geräumig, sowie modern und gut eingerichtet. Auf den ersten Blick ist die Sauberkeit ok, auf den zweiten finden sich Staub und Flecken. Für zwei Nächte und zwei Personen, fanden sich zwei Kaffeekapseln und drei Teetüten. Mineralwasser war nicht vorhaben. Bei über 220 Euro pro Nacht, fehlt mir jedes Verständnis dafür. Ebenso wenig verstehe ich, welchen Mehrwert eine halboffene Dusche, ohne Tür spenden soll. Der menschenlose, digitale Betrieb eines Hotels mag gut gedacht sein, gut gemacht ist etwas ganz anderes.

Das Apartment von innen war schön. Wenn ich unter Kücheneinrichtung doch etwas anderes verstehe, zumal es nur ein Topf und eine Pfanne gab. Des Weiteren ist mir aufgefallen, dass an zwei Tagen Müll Bewohnern vor anderen Haustüren stand, was mich wirklich sehr gestört hat.

Es hat uns im großen und ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Es war ruhig toller Blick auf die Spree. Supermarkt einen Katzensprung entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Leider war es ein wenig kalt. Man konnte die Heizung auch nicht hochdrehen. Küche noch nicht so gut ausgestattet. Ein Besen hat gefehlt. Trotz allem hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen wieder.

Die Nena Spreeblau Apartments haben uns am Anreisetag - 30 Minuten vor dem Eintreffen - einen großen Wasserschaden auf der gesamten Etage gemeldet und unsere im Vorfeld bezahlte Unterkunft storniert. Bei einem Spontanbesuch im Spreeblau stellte sich heraus, dass alle Zimmer belegt waren und nie ein Wasserschaden vorlag. Eine bodenlose Abzocke und Frechheit dieses Unternehmens, die Kunden so dreist anzulügen um im Stich zu lassen. Zudem hat Nena SpreeBlau auch Expedia angelogen, indem auch dort der fiktive Wasserschaden gemeldet wurde. Das Management der Nena Spreeblau Apartments ist inkompetent, unehrlich und ignoriert alle getroffenen Absprachen und Buchungen. Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft! Mögliche Alternativübernachtungsangebote von Expedia gab es für den gesamten Reisezeitraum (vier Nächte mit einer Reisegruppen von 12 Personen) nicht. Ein Rückabwicklungsantrag wurde schon vor fünf Tagen an Expedia gestellt. Bisher hat sich dort noch niemand um eine Wiedergutmachung bzw. Rückerstattung gekümmert. Ich bin gespannt, wann mit einer Rückerstattung zu rechnen ist - im Zweifel müssen rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet werden, um die Vorabzahlungen erstattet zu bekommen.
