the accommodation was quite ok. it is far from the city center, but the connection with U-ban and S-ban is good. the station is a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. realistically there is room for 4 people even though we booked for 5 people. luckily we had an inflatable mattress because I don't know where the fifth person would sleep otherwise. the neighborhood is quiet, we hardly met anyone. we spent very little time in the accommodation, only a short sleep, so all in all the accommodation was completely ok.

Ich bin mit meinen Eltern und meinen zwei Kindern verreist. Wir fanden die Wohnung völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Es war alles nötige vorhanden. Sogar eine Waschmaschine, die wir aber nicht benötigt hatten. Die Betten waren bequem und die Wohnung sauber. Das Umfeld war ruhig und angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet, aber ausreichend. Der Geruch in der Wohnung war etwas streng. Aber das war auch das Einzige was wir bemängeln würden. Dennoch würden wir es empfehlen und kommen sicher auch nochmal. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und die Vermieterin hat stets freundlich und schnell geantwortet. wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top und wir hatten 2 schöne Tagein Berlin. Die Wohnung war sauber, es hat aber leider sehr nach Schimmelentferner gerochen. Das war sehr unangenehm. Vom Zustand her ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und eine komplette Renovierung ist empfehlenswert. Für die Lage und den Preis bewerten wir unseren Kurzurlaub (2 Nächte) als sehr positiv.

En starker Geruch nach Desinfektionsmitteln und künstlichem Aroma war für mich unangenehm. ich wusste nicht, dass sieben Stufen zur Eingangstür und 16 Stufen einer Stiege zu steigen waren. Das war für meinen Hund und mich als Seniorin schwer. Das Fenster im Bad war defekt uns ließ sich nicht schließen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthlat nicht so angenehm.
