Great service and quiet central location.
Very comfortable and excellent service in all respects. Good location near the Tiergarten park and next to the U-Bahn station. Great base for business and touring with good car parking. I will return.

My recent stay at Novotel offered a mixed bag of experiences. From check-in to check-out, the hotel's personnel demonstrated exceptional hospitality and professionalism. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Their friendly demeanor truly enhanced my stay. However, the property itself left much to be desired. While the location was convenient, the hotel seemed a bit outdated and in need of room maintenance. Although the room was clean, it lacked the modern amenities such as a smart TV. Another downside was the limited dining and shopping options within walking distance of the hotel. While the on-site dining options were satisfactory, there were few alternatives nearby for guests looking to explore the local culinary scene or do some shopping.

Location location location
Arrived at Tiergarten station and the hotel was 50 meters across the street so excellent start . Booked for 1 night and 2 more nights as we had booking via a sports company here..in the room the sofa bed was not made so had to wait for that to be done and notice a lack of sockets on room being our main problem in there for 3 people to share . The lifts well never known anything like it. Need your room card to go up but not down so if you go out and forget it have to go reception and get new cards . In the 3 days we stayed 4-5 times they didn’t work and really annoying spending this time to change them. Once leaving the hotel you quickly realise there isn’t anything to eat near by . You have to walk though the park opposite the hotel for a 10min walk to find everything or hop back on the train 1 stop to the same area and the trip costs €2 each way so we walked as whether was nice in the evening The main selling point for this hotel is the location to the station which allows very easy access to wherever you want to go .

Novotel refused to honour price from the booking
The hotel would not honour the price in the hotels.com booking. This is with the hotels.com booking visible to them on the app on my phone. They just shrugged and said 'computer says no'. I'll be staying somewhere else for my trips to Berlin from now on.
