Beautifully situated on the banks of the St. Martin River, this Ocean Pines home boasts waterfront views from the private dock, the wrap-around deck, the screened porch, and the living room.

Step inside to find all new, beach-themed furniture, a fully remodeled kitchen, and two renovated bathrooms that were completed in 2019. The living room features a cathedral ceiling with skylights and a wood-burning fireplace encased in brick. There's carpet in the living room, up the stairs, and in the three bedrooms, while the kitchen and bathrooms have new tile with a wood-plank style.

The kitchen boasts new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a deep stainless sink that will make meal preparation a breeze. Both bathrooms have new fixtures; the second-floor bathroom has a new tub while the first-floor bathroom features a tiled shower and a handicap-height toilet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
