We booked an apartment that was huge. It wasn’t that well equipped such as no plates just two pasta bowls but we only wanted to prepare breakfast. It wasn’t that much of a problem but one that could be easily improved. We didn’t have a kettle but the staff at the front desk gave us hot water when we needed at as there were no kettles left. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent easy to get around and nice places to eat nearby. You won’t regret booking this hotel it’s pretty much perfect!

Great place to stay right next to checkpoint Charlie. Hop on hop off bus stop right next to hotel and only 100m to underground train station. Easy walk to centre of Berlin and most attractions. Hotel staff were very helpful with information on attractions and how to get there. Great price and very nice room. Highly recommend this hotel.

this hotel used to be four star accommodation but it is aging and more budget oriented nowadays. The rooms are still quiet and beds are comforrtable, but amenities and service were below expectations

A great location for exploring berlin, about a 1 minute walk to Checkpoint Charlie. Hotel was clean ans stadf helpful. They have a lottle bar or a bigger one attached. My only faults were, no one cleaned/replaces towels in our room depspite the request on the first occasion it wasnt done and pur booked double apartment was single beds pushed together with 2 duvets but other than that hotel was a great base

Nice quiet hotel in a great location. Very close to both the Stadtmitte and Checkpoint Charlie U-bahn stations, and near several restaurants and coffee shops. You are right at the corner of Freidrichstauss, which is a major thoroughfare in the city with many high end shops. You are 15-30 minute walk from virtually everything. We walked to Anhalter station, the Reichstag, Brandenburg gate, topography of terror, and tons of other points of interest. The room got pretty hot and we couldn't turn the heat down, but the windows open to let fresh air in. We took a red eye flight and got to the hotel at noon, and they let us check in right away which was such a relief. Would absolutely stay here again.
