The room was very nice but the bathroom was amazing. I have never stayed in a room in Germany with such a big bathroom. The ceilings were tall, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was nicer and bigger than my home.

A very nice hotel, restaurant area was lovely and the beds were super comfy. I had a large room with a lovely shower and Molton Brown products not available in the UK. Great stay

Adequate size room.large double bed. Good quality bed linen. Soft ,fluffy white towels. Modern and slick rooms with modern large shower room. Clean. Black tiled reception area .. felt very seedy. Arrived at midnight and could not find hotel as the sign is not lite up and lights in the street are poor. Excellent transport into centre. Tram 1 minute away. Reception staff need training in customer service. Try Crusty H( very reasonable, lovely owners)bakery 2 minutes away for light breakfast and Frans Honig for more extensive menu ! We ate at Markthalle a few times … freshly prepared food ,so tasty !

Beautiful hotel in great location. Rooms and beds are clean too. The staff was very pleasant although the lady checking me in this last time seemed a little short with me. She was efficient though. The rest of the staff were otherwise exceptional towards me. Im surprised no fridge in the big rooms for keeping drinks cold and no tea cups or proper kettle for those that cant drink coffee.

The hotel is new, great infraestructure and a beautiful design. However, the staff is not well trained. Also few of them speak english, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Sehr stylisches Hotel bestehend aus mehreren Gebäuden, wir haben in einem hinteren Haus sehr ruhig gewohnt. Tiefgarage mit Ladeplätzen im Haus, leider waren diese teilweise von Verbrennern belegt, die Ignoranz nimmt offensichtlich immer mehr zu! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und handelt extrem lösungsorientiert. Die Lage ist eher mittelmäßig, das Hotel entschädigt aber komplett dafür. Dies wird sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort gewesen sein!!

Nyt, flot og luksus hotel med top-service. Værelserne er rene og indrettet med god stil. Hotellet er fem stop fra Alexandra Platz ellers er det placeret mellem Prenzlaurberg og Kreuzberg, så der er rig mulighed for at vandre i områderne.
