I felt betrayed! They ask for 20 euro per person Extra for stay in Spa. That was not mentioned when I booked. With a price of 150 Euro without any breakfast or Spa I get much better hotels with more service. never again a titanic hotel! check in also possible after 3 p.m.

The hotel was about a mile away from the Central train station which is a bit of a walk, but there is a smaller station that links up right outside the door, which was nice. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. The cleaning staff were so nice. It also had a beautiful Italian restaurant in the first floor, which served great food. But I was never quite sure if you could order to your room. We ordered Takeaway twice and the staff seemed a bit annoyed. But overall, the hotel served its purpose and was a good home base while in the city.

Fantastic hotel! Great sized room with nice street view. Friendly and fast check in. THE BEST breakfast EVER, and we’ve stayed at 100’s of hotels! The location is a bit out of the way if you wanted to walk to the tourist sites. We ended up catching inexpensive Ubers. Only little gripe was our daily room service wasn’t completed till after 4.00pm - which is a bit late when you want to relax in your room. Still, worth the 5 stars though.

Delicious Breakfast
Ideally situated it was close to 2 underground stations. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice of hot and cold dishes. Lovely room but not English channels on the tv, only German! Came for 3 days and it was easy to walk into town. Had 2 wonderful meals at Anna and Paul restaurant. Hop on bus picked us up from the hotel in the morning. Very helpful concierge. Found the blonde receptionist not very friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Very convenient location, just a 15 min walk from Friedrichstraße Station and the river. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and large shower. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. Metro station right at the door and 2 stops to the city center. Very quiet despite windows facing the road. Small but comfortable room, good size bathroom with large shower. Room and bathroom are very clean. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Many dining options and a supermarket within a short walk. Highly recommend.
