I was disappointed. I won’t never stayed in this hotel. The staff at the restaurant is very rude. Breakfast expensive with limited food options. The staff didn’t offer me any VIP promotions. Instead the gave me a ground floor and it was loud and noise all night long. I don’t recommend this hotel plus it is far away from Berlin’s main attraction.

The standard rooms are very small. If you are claustrophobic then try going for a bigger room. We were given a room right next to the doors going towards the lifts which was very noisy at night and during early hours. Try asking for rooms away from lifts and doors. The staff were nice even though we had an odd check in, not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the guy checking us in. The housekeeping staff were lovely. Underground tube and bus stops to central/Alexanderplatz walkable distance. There’s few restaurants and supermarket nearby. It’s okay for just staying the night and not spending time at the hotel. It was clean other than the noise it was comfy for the nights we stayed.

The hotel is more like a Boutique Hotel. The rooms were modern compact and clean and the bed was comfortable but there was no iron and kettle and cups but were available if requested. You have to provide your own tea and coffee. There was no power to the TV which we reported on 2 occasions and were provided with 2 new batteries for the remote control. Finally a staff member persoally inspected and resolved the problem. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very efficient

The stay was wonderful! Staff were kind and helpful, the beds were comfy and the room was cleaned each day for us. The hotel is close by to a main underground and there are plenty of like scooters and bikes in the area. Would highly recommend

Room is indeed small but works out for 3 days stay. Would have been great if they have a microwave in the room, but it didnt. Overall, had a good stay. Remember to enter your entry card in the slot by the door to activate electricity in the room.

The hotel did not provide basic things what you expect in any hotel room like kettle and bowl. The hotel staff refused my request of a bowl and spoon. There were no toiletries. The rooms are very small and lack ventilation specially the ground floor rooms where I stayed looks like you are staying in a basement.

It is a very nice, modern, clean hotel in downtown Berlin. The room was a little bit small but was sufficient for our stay. The breakfast was excellent. It is within walking distance of U-Bahn U2. Convenient location. Highly recommended.
