The room was so small it’s like kids room we have kids room in uk which is bigger then that very tiny sink in bathroom all the water comes out when you wash your face pillows was uncomfortable curtains was very small not worth the money at all don’t waste your money here

Great friendly staff. Rooms are compact but functional, very clean with fridge. Large lobby bar area to relax in after exploring. Breakfast buffet is excellent something for everyone. Easy to get to metro station. Several bar/restaurants in walking distance. To be honest Uber was cheaper than metro for 4 of us visiting various Christmas markets. Great stay good property.

Well not what we Expected
So arriving at the hotel, check in got a bit confused The room was very very small, no hanging area and no drawers for cloths The most disappointing was no Tea/Coffee in the room but there wouldn't be any room for it ... Breakfast was ok.. only 1 coffee machine, but I did feel like eating with a herd of people just everyone trying to get to the same thing and fresh didn't come out fast enough But to top it all had my nice Superdry Coat taken from back of my chair. The Bar Staff and Lounge staff were great and very friendly... Peeps don't expect too much

The Titanic Comfort Mitte is a good hotel for convenience but that’s about it. The cleaning was okay & the layout was nice but the rooms were very small. I was under the impression all of the rooms were like this (looking at the fire safety map), there was barely any room between the end of the bed and the wall. The WiFi was awful! I’ve literally stayed in a tin house on an island in Thailand with better WiFi than here. On the first night my neighbours were clearly having a sesh, and were just making so much noise. I called downstairs to complain and they said they’d send someone up - I was literally by the door waiting for 25 mins and no one showed, so I went downstairs and the receptionist was incredibly rude! He argued he’d gone up and that there was no music playing & *literally* called me a liar! (Note I said noisy - not loud music), after some back & fourth he agreed to move me to a different room. Overall I’d score this a 4/10 and that says a lot from me, my tolerance for hotel BS is quite high but this all tipped me over the edge! Small rooms, crap WiFi, rude staff but convenient.

You should definitely stay here
We had the Business room, quite small and not a lot of space for your clothes. This isnt a complaint, more about awareness for others. Next time i would book a larger room. The room was very clean, shower was great and the bed was very comfy. Had to ask for extra pillows and was given more by the helpful staff. Very friendly staff, one even helped me with my German pronounciation 😊. Would definitely stay again as its a great location too.
