The only issue I had was with the room key demagnitizing a couple times each day. It would have been nice to find a microwave in the room, especially with a grocery store only a block away. But the staff was very accommodating--I was able to check in two hours early and able to take a plate from the buffet the one morning i had been detained by work and showed up while they were clearing the offerings. The gentleman who was returning trays to the kitchen even brought back the eggs he had just cleared without even having been asked for them.

Lovely clean and modern hotel. Good location only minutes away from two tube stations and lots of bus routes. Breakfast was good. Maybe the bar could be open in the evening.
