Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a fridge, coffee, and tea in the room. Also liked the online system to request items. The hotel was very close to the station. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thank you Manuel and Costa for making our stay memorable. The hotel is cosy in the center of Bern perfect for walking everywhere. Close to the major attractions and the train station. Great home base for day trips. The hotel cosy and clean, great for families.

The ladies at reception are very friendly. I received a free upgrade to a larger room and also enjoyed complimentary drinks from the bar. The location is convenient, as it's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit in Bern. They also have a very nice gym.

Located right by the main Bern train station/tram hub and within the beautiful old town. The property is stylish and well decorated. They offer a free drink coupon if you opt out of housekeeping for that particular day.

TV wasn’t working - informed reception. Was told they would check. When I returned tv still not working. Informed receptionist at check out - she offered a small refund but then retracted as I booked via Expedia! I explained that it should not make any difference how I booked my reservation. She wasn’t at all sympathetic - just said hotel was unserstaffed and it was the weekend?

Excellent location inside the old town, 3 mins of walking to the train station. There are many supermarkets around and shopping/restaurants nearby. The hotel is moden and clean and we got an upgrade with a nice room. Highly recommended.
