A fuir !!
Attention aux futurs vacanciers Vous pensez réserver et passer une nuit dans un logement propre....? Sachez que Madame se permettra de vous loger dans un taudis a la place de ce logement. Résultats : ma femme et mes 2 enfants dans des combles insalubres, des toiles d'araignées partout, des toilettes dans un placard, moquette poussiereuse, une affreuse odeur de cigarettes. Et bien évidemment aucun dédommagement de la propriétaire malgré son accord oral. Depuis aout, plus aucun signe de vie !! Pourtant son logement se loue toujours....Bravo Abritel

Annonce mensongère
L’annonce parle d’une chambre pour cinq personnes. Mais il fallait préciser que cela s’adresse à un couple avec trois enfants. En vérité il s’agit d’une mezzanine et non pas d’une chambre.les personnes qui se trouvent au Rez de chaussé peuvent accéder à cet espace sans problème. Aucune intimité, même les toilettes sont à la vue de tout le monde. C’est totalement inadmissible. De plus, en arrivant la propriétaire nous accueille en disant que les Allemands sont très pénibles, en sachant que nous étions trois personnes dont deux de nationalité allemande. D’ailleurs l’hôte s’est excusée un peu plus tard pour cette réflexion désobligeante. Quel accueil!!!! Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette maison et sommes partis le lendemain matin sans en informer la propriétaire. L’annonce manque de précision, la description Reste très vague, avec le recul je comprends pourquoi. Personne ne louerait cette soi disant chambre, alors qu’il s’agit d’une grande mezzanine. Mais attention : cette mezzanine a deux grandes fenêtres à même le sol. Pour des enfants extrêmement dangereux. Je ne comprends pas comment Abritel accepte une telle maison. Plus jamais !!

Réservation confirmé par mail et débité sur mon compte, une fois au gite la personne me dit qu'elle est fermé et qu'elle ne peut pas me recevoir!!!! 2 adulte + 2 enfants en bas age à 18h du soir!!!! inadmissible et aucune prise en charge d'Abritel pour une solution, obliger de nous débrouoller par nous même!!! un scandal!!! fini ABRITEL et comptez sur moi pour vous faire une bonne pub

Hôte très accueillante, chaleureuse. Chambre XXL à l'étage. Pas eu besoin d'apporter draps ni serviettes.
