This property was formerly known as Summerlea.
The whole family can spread out across this beautifully decorated property with three king beds and two singles, and a private pool to cool off on hot days. Stay comfortable inside in any weather with air conditioning through the entire house and a fireplace in one of two living rooms. Parents and kids can split up and choose from Netflix or DVDs to watch on cosy lounges in either of two living areas, or rile up some friendly competition over a board game.
The master bedroom has a grand ensuite bathroom with a spa bath for the couples, and for solo quiet time you can take a book out to the courtyard chairs or the lush front lawn under the trees near the perfectly manicured gardens and tall hedges for privacy. At mealtimes, cook up a storm on the outdoor BBQ and cooking area complete with a sink or in the woodfired pizza oven, and eat outside in the covered deck in the fresh air with an outdoor fan above the table if it gets too warm. After lunch, the pool has room for everyone to lay out on the deck chairs or splash in the water with a few drinks nearby, or head into town to explore.
Just around the corner is Berry Donut Van, arguably the greatest attraction of this charming town (and absolutely not overhyped, don’t leave without trying them), and a few more steps down the road are dozens of stores, cafes and restaurants. Buy treats from the tea shop, the bon bon shop and the ice creameries, browse the bookshops, get some award-winning wines to enjoy back at Mulberry House, or have a delicious meal at one of their restaurants. There’s a regular farmers market where you can make up a picnic lunch and drive the few minutes to Seven Mile Beach for a day on the shore and swim in the waves.
At night, gather around the firepit and watch the stars come out for a stunning view of the Milky Way. However you choose to enjoy your holiday, Mulberry House will provide everything you need for an unforgettable stay and treasured memories.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front door and on the side access door near the kitchen. They will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced. (Back Garden only, Front is not fenced)
