Well.. it’s a “ Airbnb” type property. So the apartments are owned. The place itself is small but nice, the area is beautiful and safe, you can walk to the beach, awesome pools, one on the roof next to a sauna, and a huge one on the ground floor, breakfast is included and adequate. Staff is friendly and courteous! BUT people were remodeling an apartment right below us, so there was loud drilling and hammering at 8 AM. Not something you want on a vacation.If it weren’t for the noise it would have gotten 5 stars.

Excellent and secure location, good breakfast
Excellent location within secure neighbourghood Sao Laorenco. It only took us 5 minutes to walk to main beach which was great. The apartment was rather bigger than expected, with a little kitchen, sitting area and double room with ensuite bathroom. Could only fault bathroom which most likely seen better days. Visible yellowish and darker marks due to moisture and most likely reoccuring mold but overal satisfactory, clean and comfortable. Some good choices at buffet breakfast which surprised me. Large outside swimmingpool at the ground and smaller pool at the top floor of the building. On site free and secure parking. Would definitely book it again.

Razoável. O Hotel apareceu em pesquisas com o filtro de “pé na areia”. Além disso, cobram a estadia de crianças. O café da manhã é terceirizado e cobrado. A piscina não recebe sol no período da tarde, pois os demais edifícios vizinhos cobrem a maior parte. A academia possui pouquíssimos aparelhos. Os elevadores possuem um cheiro muito forte de mofo. A distância entre o hotel e a praia é de uma caminhada de aproximadamente 10 minutos.

Razoável.
A experiência que tivemos no flat foi boa, porém não excelente. Quando chegamos tivemos um problema com o ar Condicionado, e tivemos que trocar de quarto de madrugada. Além desse incidente, percebi que o flat precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado nas instalações. As cortinas estavam muito manchadas e sujas, os lençóis e fronhas também. As toalhas são antigas. O tamanho do flat é excelente, porém a mobília bem antiga. Atende ao necessário, como uma casa simples de praia. Piscina e atendimento na praia são bons. O estacionamento é bom também. A equipe da recepção foi solícita. Agora o café da manhã é péssimo. Poucas variedades, as atendentes nada simpáticas, tinha apenas um ovo mexido, bem mais ou menos, não é muito convidativo, nem saboroso. Em síntese, não vale o preço cobrado e não condiz com a praia! Pode melhorar!

O desaponto
O flat estava com forte cheiro de mofo, o colchão era velho e mal cheiroso , a mini cozinha pobremente equipada. Não foi possível cozinhar nada pois não havia nem um mini fogão. O banheiro tb em péssimas condições. A impressão geral é que precisa uma restauração e modernização do flat que tem uma localização tão privilegiada.
