A full kitchen, laundry room and stunning great room offers you all the comforts of home with the added features of contemporary design. This beautiful house also boasts 3 open air patios for outdoor dining and entertaining. The ground floor level offers a game room for rainy day activities or down time. Within walking distance of the beach you won't want to miss out on this unique opportunity. Currently in the final stages of construction and our anticipated finish date is April 2025!
