Guests will appreciate the extensive renovations completed in 2023, including new TVs throughout the home, new flooring, new paint, and new living room furniture. The main floor features a living room, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher and fridge, a large private deck, a full bath, and two bedrooms with new additions for 2023 including a new king bed/mattress in the primary suite, and a new queen mattress in the second bedroom. The second floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, boasts a bedroom and a loft. Central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, five TVs, two DVDs, Blu-ray, HBO and Showtime, and free WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Disappointed
The property had stains throughout the second bedroom on the carpet and walls. Upstairs is quite hot. The worst was a roach was in our bathroom. We had to rent a second house as I feared they could come home with me. No reimbursement or apology. I will never stay here or use Vacasa again.

Surface clean but dirty
The condo is older and needs updating, It was surface clean but all of the air filters and fans were dirty. There were candy wrappers under the beds. Looks like no one has vacuumed under the beds in a while.

Bethany Beach Condo
We enjoyed the condo, beach and pools. Condo was advertised to accommodate 10 people, but was small for 10 adults. We managed, but it was tight. More accurate description would be accommodations for 4 adults (2 couples) and 6 children. Minor issues were addressed promptly. Only discomfort was hot temperature in upstairs bedroom (size of a large closet), and the occasional cold shower (lack of hot water).

Walking distance to the beach and restaurant and CVS store. Too much stuff in a vacation condo.
Loved the extra space and the property's location close to the beach. Outside amenities offered in Sea Colony are great. Dish washer needs to be replaced. Owner has too much household stuff, furniture and clutter lying around. Resort Quest who managed the property, was slow addressing my complaint with cable and DVD connection plus scalding hot water shower. Condo deck needed cleaning.

The house well clean and well kept. Pleanlty of dishes and silverwear.
They house had great space and very clean. However most of the other homeowners allowed people to use their beach things such as carts, beach umbrellas, toys. Etc..... other then that we had everything we needed.
