The Cambria hotel was very clean and my room was quiet at night. Staff were polite and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. Bathroom was large and shower temperature was excellent. Wish I could have stayed longer than1 night!

We arrived to find that the hotel was undergoing as major renovation, with most of the rooms on our floor uninhabitable. Hallways were filthy, with insulation and other garbage on floor. Construction materials and tools in hallways made it difficult to reach the elevators and ice machine. Loud noise from construction fan disturbed us at night as did workers. We were not notified of work in advance and would not have stayed here is we had known. Two of three Front desk people were rude and unhelpful. Will NEVER stay at a Choice Hotel property again!

Identity Unsafe Hotel!!!!!
My absolute biggest complaint. I was not the person who checked in. My sister checked. The hotel did not check ID. Did not check to see if the credit card used matched. There was absolutely no safety to my identity. When I brought it up I was told oh she had the confirmation number. ANYONE CAN GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Not happy

Mice in the lobby. Terrible customer service. We called down to the front desk and house keeping multiple times with no answer. We asked for extra blankets and they were delivered 2 hours later at 10pm, the gentlemen knocked on the door like he was trying to break the door down. Scared all of the kids.

Front desk warned that cleaning service isn’t everyday (which is normal these days) but what she should have said is we don’t clean or do any room service including fresh towels during your stay unless you ask us.

The hotel recently had a flood and if course my room was in a floor affected by the flood. the flood. Due to severe allergies to mold, I thought I would need to change hotels however hotel manager ensured that that I was moved to a room far away from the flooded areas.

Quiet but also, really big rooms for the price! We had a family of 4 rooms and it was plenty space! Loved our stay! Lots of dining options on all sides! Will definitely consider coming back on our next trip to DC!

Cambria hotel Rockville
Super clean! Rooms are huge with outstanding-comfortable mattresses and sofas! We Love the simple extras like shoe shelf in the large closet, Bluetooth touch hookup in bathroom to play music/podcasts while you handle personal hygiene activities, and door free huge shower! My two teens and I had a fantastic stay and wish we had time to stay longer!
