Horrible parking Elevators took forever. Couldn’t take the stairs to exit or to get to main lobby- felt dangerous not to be able to get out. No fan in bathroom- room so steamy after shower Need more help in dining- we waited and left- took too long.

You need to fix the elevators. They are not in proper working condition. It takes five minutes to get one and middle car is definitely very erratic. On several occasions I had to use the elevator which seemed to be used by service staff. Other than that my trip was fine, Thank You.

The pool closed at 7-- it's July 27, when the sunnis out till 9. My daughter didn't get to swim. Then the breakfast was not free by what I could see. I realized it only after grabbing a banana. Disappointing.
