The room was not clean. There was a bug in my bathtub. But the front desk lady was very helpful and changed my room immediately, which I appreciated a lot. The stairway carpet smells like dog piss. Only two out of four elevators worked. The breakfast service was not free but was quite nice.

Online it said the room came with free breakfast, it costed to eat. But, the food service staff, and breakfast options made it worth while. Love this place, and will definitely be back.
