The doorman, receptionist and housekeeping staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. This hotel has limited dining resources, no shop or pool, and ongoing construction surrounding the hotel—but it’s comfortable, clean and the staff is great!

This is the fifth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I arrived extremely late and was exhausted. The room I got was at the end of a hallway and had an unusua layout with windows across two sides of the room. The HVAC was loud, I was feeling too shattered to deal with the weirdness and I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room. I’ve never asked for a different room before at any hotel, so I wasn’t sure how my request would be received. They quickly gave me a new room, which was an excellent room like all the ones I’ve stayed in before. I will stay there again.

I was disappointed in this location, I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency at Tyson Corner (VA) which provided outstanding customer services. The service at the Bethesda, MD location was pleasant but inefficient! My husband and I required assistance obtaining wine glasses for our room. There was no room service and all calls were redirected to the front desk, after multiple rings and forwarding of calls, the front desk eventually answered. We were told there are no glasses and the room comes with paper cups! There were no other options provided, although the hotel has an event center and ballrooms! We also required usual of the in room safe, which was not working. Of course we went to the front desk for assistance but the issue was never resolved and there was no follow-up. I will never stay at this location again!
