The room was listed as having a queen size bed but had only a double. Personal effects of the last guest were still in the drawers. The bathroom trash can had an empty beer can. There was only one set of towels even though we booked it for two people. (We were able to get more towels from the front desk).

I have paid ahead of time for 2 queen beds but when I checked in I was told that no such rooms are available. What’s the point of reserving a room and paying for it if the room isn’t there??

Staff were great they helped with all the issues we had. We didnt get house keeping during our entire week stay and neighboring rooms would just leave their garbage in the halls. But the room was clean when we checked in.

I had stayed here a few years ago and I thought the property has gone down hill since. The room was small, made for one and should not be offered to two people. The queen bed sagged to the middle making it difficult for two. The toilet seat was not tightened down. The faucet was not tightened.

Patrons smoking in their rooms down the hall. Could hear people talking in the hall all nite and upstairs customers, you could hear them at nite. Not hotels fault, thin walls. Usually like Sleep Inns but this one wasnt as nice as others we've stayed at. Front desk staff was always nice.
