We arrived on Christmas Eve at around 3:45AM, and someone was there to open the door for us which was incredible. Everyone was extremely nice the entire time we were there and made us feel like family. The location was good, but the room could really have used a good cleaning because it wasn't the cleanest place. The breakfast didn't look great, but actually tasted pretty good. I would stay here again if I was in the area based on the friendliness of the staff and location.

I was in Bethlehem for Christmas eve and day. A busy time but the hotel owners and staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly.

Good services, help us to call van with reasonable price transferring from Hotel to Allenby Bridge Cross Boarder. We had a great experience spending time in this hotel during xmas. From Hong Kong.

Jammer dat de locatie op de kaart niet juist is. Dit ligt niet naast Manger Square maar aan het eind/begin van Manger Street. Service en vriendelijkheid zijn top!

Localisation: ok, personnel gentil mais les chambres manquent de tout : salle de bain mal éclairée, rideau de douche sale, dans la chambre : toiles d'araignées aux fenêtres, fenêtres sales, pas de lampes de chevet, propreté des couvertures limite... seul les matelas sont corrects. Mais, le soir de Noël..on est prêt pour les miracles..

Ett enkelt hotell med trevlig service av fader och son, som driver hotellet. Det ligger inte så nära Nativity Church som det står på Hotels.com. Du behöver ta en kort promenad, 6-8 minuter, i gamla stan för att komma till torget med kyrkan.

Grossartiger Empfang, stets freundliches Entgegenkommen von Vater und Sohn. Ich fühlte mich von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Geradezu traurig, dass so wenig Gäste hier sind. Ich wünsche dem Alexander-Hotel viel Glück.
