I stay at this hotel periodically and have to say, the management has made significant improvements. The front desk staff is consistently good and check in is fast. I also stay at other hotels but of all the places, this is the only one that offers a full and diverse breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, Belgian waffles, fruit, muffins, juices. Most places that offer breakfast don’t specify that breakfast means muffins and cereal and pretty much nothing else…and those places cost more. They also have a person standing in dining room helping people and ensuring it remains stocked. Dislikes: This time, a guy, I think from maintenance because he doesn’t work at the front desk, hugged the girl in the dining room which seemed unprofessional and innapropriate. My guess, based on the look on the girls face, is that it made her uncomfortable. The quality of the RMD is inconsistent. They have remodeled a lot of the rooms, if not all of the rooms; but some still smell musty or the heater/air conditioner doesn’t keep the room a consistent temperature. The front desk staff will change you to another room if your first room smells musty (as long as you haven’t used the bed, etc.). However, sometimes better rooms are unavailable. Overall though, they have made great strides and are well worth the stay considering the low cost.
