Great Place to Stay
The house was exactly as advertised on site. It is very well maintained and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was more than warm enough. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Highly recommend when visiting the area.

Perfect retreat!
Great space for a family get-away for 6 people. Near a lot or attractions but still off the beaten path. Ample space inside for everyone to escape, but cozy for games and dinner. All the amenities without overkill. Tactful and nice house in a quiet dead end neighborhood. Well worth the stay! Thank you

A great family get away to the ice castles. A nice quiet neighborhood, open living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped. We were able to cook with ease. The house was immaculate. Communication with the host was excellent. Easy entry. The pellet stove was awesome for extra warmth and easy to use. The games were a plus, I would stay again and recommend it!

Comfortable and convenient
We would definitely recommend staying here. It is the perfect location between Littleton and Bretton Woods, both areas we wanted/needed to be for the weekend. Our kids loved the games and foosball table in the loft. I loved being able to do laundry. The couch is comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped and tvs in each room Is a bonus! Communication with owners was great! We’ll be booking again.

Away in the Mountains
John and Will were a pleasure to deal. Communication prior to check in was excellent and they were always available if anything came up and kept us informed. Even during a temporary unexpected power outage cause by line maintenance in the area, they kept us updated on the situation. The home is located on a quiet side street in Bethlehem with plenty of trees keeping the location secluded from the neighbors. While you may feel miles away, downtown Bethlehem is only an easy half mile walk to local shops and restaurants. The home is incredibly spacious on the inside with an opening living room, dining area and kitchen. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen to prepare meals. The pellet stove was a nice convenience to have on those chilly nights. There was plenty of room for a family with the 3 bedrooms available in the house along with the 2 bathrooms. The location was an ideal location allowing us to explore the White Mountains during our stay. It is located a half hour away from both the Base Station for the Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Franconia Notch State Park. The nearby town of Littlteton also has a fun Main Street to explore along with the Riverwalk. Thank you John and Will for sharing your place with us. We look forward to returning to the area.

Bethlehem New Hampshire Cottage
Nice three bedroom home, well lit and open. Kitchen was well equipped. The setting was peaceful day and night. There were games and puzzles in the upstairs recreation room, for evenings or on a rainy day. Host was organized and left clear instructions for check in and check out. Great experience. We would go back.

My husband and I stayed here with our two young daughters for a Santa’s Village weekend. Quiet walkable neighborhood and close to restaurants. House was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, including a high chair! Great little quiet backyard too! Thank you for having us! We will be back!

Perfect for our family of 6!
I will be honest, I didn't think it was as big as it was from the outside. But once we got inside, it was so open and had so much space, it even has a large upstairs game room! Our family of 6 was able to spread out and not be in everyone else's way. Nor was there any fighting over the tv as each room has their own. The home is extremely clean and very comfortable. Any time I had questions, John was quick to respond with an answer. I definitely recommend Base Camp to anyone looking to stay in the area. We hope to be back next year on our annual ski trip to NH.

Great property and experience for my family. Communication was on point (very responsive), house was clean and properly accessorized. All of the amenities were as advertised and in great condition. Space was perfect for family, as there was space for kids to congregate and play, and for adults to relax. Will definitely stay here again, great little town, easily accessible to highway and several ski areas.

It is a home away from home.
Very comfortable stay. Has everything that you will find in a home - kitchen ware, washing machine and dryers with detergents, etc. Beds are comfortable and bedsheets are clean. Each room has separate thermostat to control heat.

Great Getaway.
This house was perfect for our weekend away to the “North Pole” with our kids. The house was incredibly clean, and updated. Plenty of space for our family and friends of ours. The office/play room up top was perfect for the kids to play, and the open concept of the living room/kitchen was great for hanging together. The proximity to Santa’s village was perfect for us, and John was excellent. He answered any questions we had promptly and was a great host. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us it was a excellent trip.

Absolutely perfect!
Base Camp was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. It is very nicely stocked and we had everything that we needed for our stay. The layout is comfortable and uncluttered. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned for the area. I highly recommend—John and Will are ideal hosts-communications from them were clear and timely. We didn’t need to contact them, but felt that they were available if needed.

John's place has everything that you need. Plenty of towels, space, and it is clean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Convenient location. short 25 minute drive to Santas Village and the Flume. We absolutely loved the house. Stayed there with our three sons. They loved the game room! They have a high chair and a playpen which was great for our (almost) two year old. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The fire pit area was also very nice. No complaints! We’d stay here again!
