The outside of the property was not well maintained. Needed to be mowed and weeded. The two gentlemen at the front desk seemed confused and had to work together just to check us in with a reservation. They asked if I wanted a copy of the receipt and never gave us one. The key reader at the door closest to our room was not working so we had to use the door across the property and walk the full length of the hotel each time we entered or exited. Hotel was clean and quiet. We had the same hotel booked for another weekend and cancelled and went with another hotel.

The grass was knee deep. Tv in room did not work. The breakfast was worse than prison food. Cereal and toast. We booked the room for 3 days and he left early. Will not return there and would never recommend.

Manage expectations
We had a good night sleep in a reasonably clean room, but do not expect a pool, hot tub or breakfast as advertised. The facility and grounds are quickly falling into disrepair.

Good place for a stay
Spent two nights, it was clean, updated, close to main roads and nearby dining. Other than spotty tv dish service and a missing shower curtain, the room was nice, quiet, and comfortable. Room was large and had a nice couch which I think pulled out if needed.

No other rooms available because of the golf tournament. 6” hairball on floor. Bathtub drain took 10 minutes to drain out. Outside secured entrance blocked open with a block. Took 20 minutes to get checked in because he couldn’t decide on the 3 rooms which was closer to the entrance because of my COPD. One towel, hand towel and washcloth for a 5 day stay. BEEN GOING HERE FOR 18 YEARS, BUT NO MORE!!!!!!!

For what I paid I was expecting an okay hotel but, I was surprised how nice the room was. The staff was also very attentive and interested making our stay as pleasant as possible!

When we pulled up there were police and emergency vehicles and the manager told us some guy had a gun just moments ago. Then, they showed us into a room, which wasn’t made and the beds were a mess and there was hair on the sheets and mascara on the mirrors. A second room had ants and bed bugs all over the bed. Super disgusting! The carpets had trails of stains everywhere too in the halls and rooms.

The staff is excellent, especially Tiara! To be fair all staff were helpful and kind…Tiara just stuck out a bit more and radiated helpfulness. And…just as important…my bed was unreal for comfort. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back for golf…the location was perfection!

Our room wasn't ready after check in time. It wasn't ready until two hours after check in time. The room was dirty with stains all over floor. The bathroom floor had hair all over. We stayed in a 6 person suite and were only given two towels. The pool was under maintenance and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. They set out two jugs of juice, a loaf of bread and a platter of cookies. The halls and rooms smelled. Courtyard wasn't able to be utilized. Had their lawn mower broken down back ther3 and patio was a mess. We couldn't wait to check out and leave. Do not waste your money.

Came back after 24 hours to the room to find the room open, my belongings missing and room turned over. They mixed check ins and counted me as a no show. After discussing with concierge, they found another room, and requested *I* call Expedia to remedy the situation. My belongings were eventually returned on an industrial cart, clothes piled on top in a heap, smelling as if they had been thrown in a dirty clothes hamper. No apology was offered. After finally able to clean up and change clothes, someone attempted to badge in to my room, and would have entered if not for the safety latch. The assistant manager was there and stammered an apology, insisting the computer showed the room as open.
