Great accommodation. Amazing local fruit juices

Much larger accommodation than expected. By the river. Very nice area for cycling. There know their fruit juices around here. Flexible around check in which I appreciated.

Good hotel with potential to be much better. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, but the shower room in particular was rather shabby. It also had a sensor to switch on the light, which did not register when someone was in the shower. As the timer was set too short, we were both plumbed into darkness whilst showering. The breakfast was copious, but again had shortcomings. It is a diy job in the bedroom as the staff do not arrive until 10 or 11a.m. The bread and croissants are hung on the bedroom door the night before, so they are not fresh by the following morning. The rest of the breakfast was in the fridge including eggs to boil. Unfortunately the egg boiler was dirty, with congealed egg white in it, so we passed on those. As there is a fridge, why not provide fresh milk instead of the uht pots? The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is obviously very popular with the locals. Again small details like dead lightbulbs here and in the bedroom show a lack of attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay but the place could be so much better with a little more care.

Really enjoyed our stay here it was a good base to explore the Utrecht region on bikes. The local area has all the services that you will need if you are on a bike tour and it's a great location to use as a basis to explore the region.

Van hele fijne dagen genoten in 't Verhuys met vriendelijk personeel en héérlijk eten! Ideaal om te overnachten met grote kamer en keukentje en super ontbijt op de kamer!

Peccato che per arrivare ed uscire dalla camera mi sono dovuto arrampiare su scale che per una persona meno giovane o meno sportiva potrebbe creare problemi. Inoltre orari molto rigidi e colazione in camera preparata la sera prima not easy that to get to and from the room I had to climb stairs that for a less young or less athletic person could create problems. Also very rigid timetables and breakfast in the room prepared the night before

Het is een leuk hotel in een oud pand. De kamer was groot en het keukentje van alle gemakken voorzien. Dichtbij het water. De kamer zelf kan wel een nieuw likje verf gebruiken, veel vlekken op de muren en plafond door het vangen van muggen/spinnen. Ik verbleef er in augustus en doordat het hotel aan het water zit, zijn er veel spinnen. Buiten is begrijpelijk, maar helaas zaten er ook veel in de opgang naar de kamer toe en in de kamer zelf. Deze worden niet adequaat weggehaald. Dat maakte het verblijf voor mij erg oncomfortabel.

Mooie locatie! Apart zit-/eetgedeelte en slaapkamer. Fijn bed! Ontbijt op kamer (staat klaar in koelkast en verse bolletjes 's ochtends aan de deur). Makkelijk parkeren op eigen terrein.

Omgeving was prachtig. Kwamen aan op 2 januari met guur weer en regen. Geen vriendelijke ontvangst. Moesten op een binnenplaatsje een natte ijzeren wenteltrap beklimmen. Mijn man is 69 jaar maar de jonge man bood niet aan om de koffer te dragen. Binnen gekomen moesten we nog een trap op... Leuke kamer. Erg koud bij aankomst. De airco werd geactiveerd maar na een uur was het nog niet behaaglijk. De knop van een van de verwarmingselementen konden we gelukkig open draaien waardoor het een beetje warmer werd. Zeer luidruchtig toilet door het automatische ventilatiesysteem. Ook het felle licht gaat automatisch aan. Niet fijn als je 's nachts 2x gebruik moet maken van het toilet. In de koelkast een kratje met een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt voor de volgende ochtend! Leuk. Broodjes hangen de volgende ochtend aan de deur. Brood is echter niet van een goede kwaliteit, en de afbakbroodjes taai. Duidelijk geen warme bakker! In het keukentje een nespresso apparaat en voldoende koffiecupjes aanwezig. Slecht een soort zwarte thee maar wel een eierkoker! In de la 1 vork en 3 lepels. Geen mes. We hebben ons brood gesmeerd met een lepel. Geen bordjes maar gelukkig wel 2 servetten. 'Fijn dat u er bent'. Ook geen zout voor de eitjes. Ik heb een briefje op de tafel gelegd of de ontbrekende artikelen aangevuld konden worden. 'S avond bij terugkomst lagen er idd 2 messen in de la en 2 bordjes op de plank evenals peper en zout. Geen servetten helaas. De volgende morgen geen zak broodjes aan de deur.

Vi har boet på dette sted flere gange og befundet os godt, men denne gang blev vi skuffet. Morgenkassen( ost, pålæg smør m.m.) var ok, men brødet som blev serveret dertil, skulle næsten findes med lup, plejer at være ok, specielt søndag var en skuffelse, det gælder hele buffeten.

De kamer was prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamer is te bereiken dmv een nooddtrap en een steile trap naar boven. Niet geschikt voor mensen met een beperking en/of die slecht ter been zijn.
